You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 100 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 100 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the last item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from return, including :

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  3. Parcel drop-off: Drop off the parcel at the relay point of your choice, with a specific suggestion: Locker 24/7 Carrefour Market, 1 Avenue de l'Arbre Ballon, 1020 Laeken, Belgium. This ensures that your return reaches us efficiently.
  4. Return shipping : You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. For your peace of mind, we recommend that you use a tracking service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without delivery confirmation.

By following this procedure, you will help us process your return efficiently and ensure that your claim is handled promptly.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
